Evaluation and complaints management
Participant satisfaction is the foundation of our seminar work. Every seminar is accompanied by the IBZ’s educational staff and the seminar leaders.
- Closing round: At the end of every seminar we gather participants’ impressions.
- Anonymous evaluation: The seminar, speakers and seminar environment are rated neutrally via the feedback app “Edkimo”. Participants receive the access code during the seminar.
- Analysis: We analyse the results. They feed into future seminar planning and form the basis for continuously improving our seminar work.
Complaints are always welcome; we deal with them promptly within our means – by email to info@ibz-gimborn.com or by phone on +49 2264 40433-0.
Our mission statement
The motto of the International Police Association is “Servo per amikeco” – “Service through friendship”. This guides us: we see ourselves as a professional partner for education and, in an undisturbed setting, offer high-level training with recognised experts from a wide range of fields.
Exchange instead of lecturing
We are neither a school for adults nor a lecture business. At the heart of what we do is the exchange of professional and personal experience – between participants and speakers.
International and diverse
Participants from many regions, ranks and functions – and every year from more than 30 countries – bring a wide range of perspectives.
Open and independent
We create an atmosphere in which everyone can speak freely. The house is independent of party politics and committed to the free democratic basic order.
Our values are derived from the IPA statutes: to promote cultural relations, general knowledge and the exchange of professional experience, and to contribute within our means to peaceful coexistence between nations.
